How can I check my e-mail away from home?

Answer

You can check your e-mail from any computer that is on the Internet through our website. Click on the WebMail link and enter your e-mail account user name and password. If you are not sure what your password is please contact Technical Support to have it reset.

You can also check your e-mail using your regular e-mail client if you have the correct Incoming (POP3) Server specified. You will not however be able to send out e-mail using our Outgoing (SMTP) Service since you are directly connected to our network. To send mail you would need to use the outgoing mail server address of the ISP you are connected to.

Fraudulent Email Notification

We have noticed an increase in fraudulent "phishing" emails sent to CableAmerica email users asking for personal information or containing directions to click on a link provided in the email.  These emails are fraudulent and not sent from CableAmerica.  Please delete the email from your inbox.  For more information click here.
